The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the property were very helpful. Contact by WhatsApp by the host in the days before we arrived was much appreciated and helped us to locate the B&B easily. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"The room was clean and centrally located. Bed was decent, shower pressure was good, and our room had a nice balcony. Host was communicative but signs to the property are very limited at the entrance. It would be easy to miss. Also, in Salerno taxis are a bit hard to come by to grab in the street but the hotel gave us the phone number and the taxi driver was very prompt to pick us up to take us to the train station. (And I know that’s not a hotel issue, but something to be aware of in general)"

"When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes outside as there was no access. The owner stated someone would be there, then after we arrived he quoted 15 minutes, and the we continued to wait.
Upon access the room was in disrepair and had a terrible smell.
We refused to stay, the owner ran our credit card and refused a crefit when we complained to Hotels.com."

"No one met us, we phoned the host, she said Expedia never contacted her, but she had a room for us.
Three long flights of stairs to the room.
Bathroom shower overflowed.
The window in the bedroom had doors on it, very dark.
Completely overpriced for what we got.
We were so disappointed.
We have never had a problem with any Expedia accommodations, except this one.
Breakfast was cookies, old bread, cereal.
No milk.
Shared kitchen.
