"I arrived on business and I made that clear. I stay here often when in Milwaukee for business and personal. There’s new updates, beautiful, but the Dish network tv system didn’t work. I personally had to pull huge dressers to reset the network to get the tv to load, I advised the hotel multiple times, requested to be moved to a different room and at first was lied to about another room being available until the staff told them the tv in my room would not work. A new room was provided. Which was beautiful, but the same issue happened again. I couldn’t even screencast. For work reasons and being there for the games in town, this was a huge inconvenience. I asked for management to contact me. I was advised Amber would and that hasn’t happened. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow up from management. I will return, I hope these issues are fixed with the communication and tvs. "

"Nice hotel and reasonably priced but no one cleaned our room for 6 days and food was inconsistent. Burgers 8 out of 10. Pizza is a 4 out of 10 at best. Breakast sandwich was good but a small coffee for $3 and it wasnt very good was a bit much."

"Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at 8pm. After getting the attention of the bartender and barback twice asking to make an order and getting "Just a second, we'll be right with you", I left after 20 minutes. Horrible, horrible service in the bar. I can't recommend it. "
