"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Stopped one night on road to Bryce. Chose this hotel because it was not in town and had good reviews for safe parking etc since our car is fully loaded. Breakfast was usual hotel fare, with scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. coffee could have been better. Would have liked a comfort height toilet seat, ours seemed very low! Would stay again "

"everything was lowkey perfect i have no complaints at all.. bed was clean, room was too, bathroom, everything. pretty comfy bed. breakfast was fye. waffles, meat, eggs, juice, toast, lots to choose from. really quiet, rooms definitely are somewhat sound proofed cuz you can’t hear from inside but you can hear outside your room in the halls. only thing i would complain about is your room key randomly not working whenever u come back after you’ve been gone from the hotel for a while. but easy fix...
