"Cute little room that was perfect for an overnight stay in Cottonwood. The room was clean, the shower was clean and warm, and the air conditioner kept the room cool. Simple in style and amenities, but absolutely no complaints. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided a lot of great recommendations. "

"Breakfast across the street is wonderful, but it is a $5 voucher towards it, so breakfast isn’t really included. Main Street of old town right there for shopping and food - great location. Not far to hikes or Jerome. "

"I would have given 5 stars, but the only reason I gave 4 is that their website said they have a kids program which they haven’t had for over 1 year. Everything else was good. Clean nice rooms. Steakhouse was good. Nice big bowling area with arcade next door. I liked the the pool and hot tub were indoor. Will be staying here again."

The bad: The shower seat didn’t seem sturdy enough to hold my mom at 330lbs, when she sat in it, it creaked and lowered 2 inches below level. It seemed like it was going to break. "The check-in was a nightmare. 1) The villa was not ready on time. There was a 45 minute delay. Other families had to wait as well. 2) After finally getting a key, we had to wait for the "concierge" to get a parking pass. That was another 20 minutes as the one concierge person try to sell every tour she could think of instead of giving us the pass. 3) The check out wasn't any better. "Sky Ranch Lodge is located within walking distance to the Airport Mesa Overlook- a very popular spot for sunrise and sunset at Sedona (a must visit). But the rim view room and the overlook deck offer equivalent spectacular views without the crowds. It’s about 10 min drive into the downtown, make it convenient for us to go tae the Pink Jeep tour. And it’s maybe 20ish min to Bell Rock and Chapel of the Holy Cross. There is no restaurant in the property, but a very cute and convenient food truck...
