"Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me"

"The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge."

"I liked the property, nice place for our needs with kids…tv hard to operate or get Netflix. Pool nice, hot tub cold. I left some things on the balcony- kids favorite clothes and 3 floatie vests on the balcony and could not get anyone to look and see if they could hold the. For me or mail them to me (I know they were there). Called three times and no help or call back. Check in was not great. Would not allow a late checkout even by 30 minutes."

"Very disappointed! After spending so many years at the beachcomber and advising friends and family to go, if management doesn’t understand customer service it’s a total failure. Been going to the beachcomber since 2012 probably and easily spent over $50,000 on our trips. "My husband and I stayed at Crystal Bay for almost two months, as we sold our house and we are about to move to a different part of the world, but I had to finish up my work. It was a great experience staying there, it made us feel like home. "From the moment we arrived, Daniel at the front desk treated us like VIPs instead of three confused women who had already gotten lost twice before check-in. Daniel was patient, friendly, hilarious, and somehow managed to answer our 47 questions without needing a vacation afterward. Absolute superstar.
The service at the bar was equally amazing thanks to Ezra and Kian, who kept the drinks flowing, tolerated our nonstop nonsense, and made us feel like regulars by the end of the trip. Outstanding...
