"The stay was fine but the pool and jacuzzi area closing at 6pm on Saturday night is less than ideal....is this the no fun zone?"

"If there was a HIGHER mark, than “Excellent”, I would happily give it to this Country Inn & Suites, in St. Charles, Missouri. I first stayed at this location, sometime around 2006 and it is every BIT as perfect as it was, twenty years ago! I used to stay, for work trips…but now, it’s an actual destination! vicinity "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the two elevators were broken. Made for a long wait for elevator. No fault of the staff though. Would recommend."

"Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! "
