"Great location if you’re in the Williams, AZ area. Never met the staff which was unique, we were given a code to open the main door and help your self so to speak. This room was not handicap accessible. Must walk high set of steps, room was clean. "

"Road tripped with my husband and booked this little gem of a hotel last minute. Definitely did not disappoint. The hotel is clearly old, but the owners did a great job with the renovations while keeping the old classic style. The free breakfast in the morning was nice touch as well. The staff was super friendly and informative. I can’t forget my favorite part. The rain fall shower head. Sooo nice. Will definitely book here again if we ever come back thru. "

"Good place to stay. The rooms are quite charming. Had an old nostalgic feel. The fridge, microwave, and TV were unplugged. I didn't realize the fridge was unplugged until the next morning so my drinks were not cold when I checked out. The main thing was the chirping birds at 6 am. They were loud and I couldn't sleep after they woke me up. All in all, nice place to stay and the staff was very friendly."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff was excellent. The laundry facilities were great. The pool was closed when we were there, but the hot tub was open and it was clean and large. Breakfast was amazing- Lots of choices to select from. The only thing that really bugged us was the sheets were SO loud. It was like sleeping in one of those old Sun chips bags - every time somebody moved everybody woke up! "

"These cabins are located on the outside edge of a travel trailer camp area and a small drive into Williams proper. The pictures depict exactly what you get and just what you need. These are built as back to back units. The only problem was that the walls were paper thin and if you have a neighbor you will wonder if they are in the same room as you. Otherwise for the money it’s a good place to be. "

"The property is on a Main Street and easy to find. It’s a great location. Parking is free and easy. Free breakfast is a traditional continental breakfast. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms were basic rooms, perfect for a shower and sleep, which is all my family needed. My only complaint would be that the bathroom window ledge was dirty, which was low enough for me to notice. And a couple of my clean towels had hairs in them, which totally grosses me out. But other than that, a great...

"Room has been smoked in. There was no other room available. On a 34 degree night, we had to leave our window open and the air conditioning on full blast. Very limited breakfast. The manager wiped up a spill in the dining area with a towel using his foot. Our towel and washcloths were dirry."

"If you enjoy dragging your luggage up stairs to the second floor , no elevator at the property and the hallway smelling like Marijuana, no soap in the shower, breakfast staff fussing at little kids to get out of the way because they are bringing in hot food you will love this place ."
