"Good for an overnight or few night stay. Waited a few minutes for someone at the check in desk. The hotel needs some TLC. It's not outdated, just needs a refresh / clean up. The ice machine was not working on second floor. No big deal. Would appreciate continental breakfast going to 10:30am instead of 10am. The heater in Room 219 is a bit noisy and I finally had to turn it off completely because it was keeping me awake. Check out was efficient. "

"I feel this hotel is priced too high for what it offers. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, but the bathroom sink was obviously clogged because it would fil up with the tap running only seconds. It was hard to adjust the shower temperature to something comfortable and the conditioner in our shower was completely empty. The AC/temperature unit is outdated, but honestly the hotel is outdated in general. I didn't like that the wifi was open to the public, I didn't feel great about...

"The hotel was clean, the staff super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that I don’t have a credit card and instead of just taking a deposit off my debit card, I had to use the ATM to make a pretty big cash withdrawal to be placed in the hotel safe. I'm not big on using cash, so I really didn’t like having that amount on me to continue traveling the next day, since I couldn't stop by a bank to deposit it again."

"We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not...
