"Very basic, sheets made me break out into a rash, had to checkin twice because my room was given away, no cups/ice, bed was not secured to anything and moved when you moved, etc."

"I was a guest on the first floor and was unable to use the ice machine because it was broken. There was no luggage rack, so I had to use the only chair in the room to unpack and pack my suitcase. There was no desk or table to write and use my laptop. I was awakened several times during the night because of the shaking of the bed due to other guests allowing their doors to be closed too strongly. There were people smoking majouna at the main door entrance to the motel. I feared for my safety and my car. . "
