They often tell you to walk to the lobby rather than answering questions. • Maintenance: Housekeeping frequently forgot to refill coffee, the mini-fridge, or shower gel. • Bar/Room Service: Bartenders struggled with basic drinks. Room service is prompt by day but unreliable at night. • Beach: Extremely crowded every day. Summary: Great for foodies and families, but the service needs a major upgrade. Be prepared for some "DIY" troubleshooting with the staff"

"This was our second stay at the Majestic Mirage. We wouldn't try another place. The friendliness of the ENTIRE staff is unbelievable. Everyone is so genuine and helpful. The food is absolutely marvelous and you have endless options to choose. The pools are super cool. they are long and you can float to so many different areas. The beach areas are maintained to perfection. The view are second to none. If you haven't been you need to come!! A+++++++++++++++++"
