"Everything was great but I suggest adding real agave to the bar for making drinks. The artificial sweetener tastes like poison in those drinks. People pay too much money to come to these resorts and the drinks don’t have real sugar in them! Y'all can’t be that cheap."

"The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. "Resort was excellent! Rooms were super spacious. The kings size was enormous almost 8 feet. We loved having concierge services. Juan was excellent and assisted us with all our needs from booking restaurants to pharmacy needs at all hours! Superb service!"

"We had an amazing stay at Secrets La Romana Resort & Spa. The staff was wonderful, the cleanliness was top tier, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The spa was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip. The food was great, there were plenty of amenities to enjoy, and the water park was such a fun bonus. Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent service, and we would definitely come back."
