Lovely place to stay and great location

Friendly staff, bedroom had everything we needed, a great location and the weighing scale in the lobby was very helpful!

If one was generous one could describe this hotel as a dump. I am not so I won’t. It was unclean, unpleasant, located dead in the middle of the red light district. This hotel bills itself as a premium boutique hotel which it unequivocally isn’t. The couch had numerous yellowish stains, dirty walls, mould in the shower, the carpet was pulling away from the floor. The only possible use case I could see for staying at this hotel is if you’re a young adult backpacking although it isn’t particularly cheap, certainly not relative to the quality of the room. In short anyone looking to stay somewhere nice, clean and affordable is likely to be disappointed in each of those respective categories. I will concede that the staff at check in were polite and friendly. Arranging a refund for it was also an excruciating experience and we weren’t even fully reimbursed for the cost of the nights we didn’t stay due to the abysmal quality of the room. If there’s another option for accommodation i would suggest that its probably preferable to staying here.
