"The whole staff was very friendly, considerate and helpful! When I first got there, my room was next to a loud, barking dog. They immidiately gave me another room righ away. Also, they have a shuttle service within a 5 mile radius which I was able to take advantage of. The gentleman who drove the van was super kind and helpful."

"We had a game and a concert to go to (Truist Park, Roxy) and we wanted something reasonable as far as location. We thought we could save a few dollars and just take a lift over the freeway which was pretty affordable however I might pay the extra money to be closer next time. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it had standing water every time we used it and it also had no cold water. It was lukewarm and hot. The room was not cleaned very well there was spray marks from a cleaning product but the mirrors were blurry and there was stuff on the headboard. I had to wipe everything down with wipes because I was so grossed out. It's an older property so you kind of expect some things to not be up to date however the fact that it wasn't clean on top of that was a little troubling. Next time we will stay a little closer to the Park area and save money on something else."

"The room was just as description stated however, my main disappointment is the fact that the hotel is Pet Friendly and charges an extra fee if you have a pet but doesn’t allow pets to stay in the room alone. Traveling to Atlanta to explore with my family, and many places don’t allow pets indoors therefore they have to stay at the hotel. They continuously called me during my stay, not quiet hours, during the day, with complaints that we need to take the dogs with us because they bark during the afternoon while we were out. I just don’t see how you allow pets and charge a fee for them but then complain when dogs are being dogs. It really put a damper on our trip and we will never be back to this specific hotel location- mind you we’ve been to other LaQuintas and they’ve never complained about our dogs being left alone or barking."

"Breakfast is not complementary, the price is $21 that's why I'm giving 4 stars in hotel amenities but everything else was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and very modern."

"Breakfast could have been better. Disappointed for this being a Hyatt. Eggs were questionable, pre made pancakes cold even though under a heat lamp. Richard was the best, great attitude, the front desk at 645 in the am shouldn't be scrolling on Facebook and make customers wait to pay for vending."

"The property was very nice and clean. The location was great because it is just minutes from Truist Park and had easy access to the highway. Our one complaint was, we took their shuttle to the game and we were left stranded when the game ran later than 10.30. We had to find our own way back to the hotel even though our shuttle driver had told us to call the hotel and someone would pick us up after 10:30. He said they wouldn't leave us stranded. Well, a $40 taxi drive plus tip. got us to the hotel. My husband complained at the desk and they gave us two tickets to the breakfast buffet to make up for it. It is an easy walk to the ball park, but my husband has health problems that prevents him from walking that much. We would stay at the hotel again, but adjust our plans for attending a ball game."
