"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me...

"Nice and small B&B located outside of Draguignan. Nice little garden for having breakfast or a glass of wine. Only negative thing was that there is no restaurant within walking distance and hotel is located in an industrial area (although surrounded by a nice garden). Practical for a one night stay over. "

"Just a delightful experience. A small (2 room) place in a villa in Salernes with a wonderful pool. We were the only guests during our two nights stay and it was a highlight during our road trip. A wonderful hospital couple that made us feel so welcome without interfering with our privacy. They served a delicious breakfast by the poolside each morning, including home made cakes. "My wife and I revisited this hotel for the first time in 26 years. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is amazing. The pool is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We walked in to Draguignan for the evening. Took about 45 minutes each way but was nice not to use the car and enjoy the scenery. We'll be back for sure."

"Nice chateau in Provence. A bit far away, not easy to reach, but the location is amazing! Great service from the staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast included and many interesting restaurants in the area. Perfect location if you want to visit the area. 30 minutes drive to St Maxime and St Tropez, very convenient also to enjoy Provence. Will be back"

"Typical older hotel but nice. Nice breakfast, good size room. We had I little wait to check in, there was no staff available to check us in for about an hour on Sunday afternoon. "

"This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."
