"During my first stay at Hyatt Place, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Although reaching the hotel required some navigation from the airport terminal, its location proved highly convenient. The property is situated just a five-minute walk from the train station (with a ten-minute ride to Zurich main station), and approximately ten minutes on foot from the airport terminals. Importantly, the nightly rate is particularly competitive, especially in comparison to accommodations located in the city centre."

"Great hotel with a delicious breakfast included. The location was perfect and close to everything in Zurich. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Hotel was very clean. The only thing I would change is make the bathroom more private, the air conditioning doesn’t make the room that cool and the window was blocked so we couldn’t see if it was day or night which was disorienting for us. "

"Love this hotel for a lot of reasons: 1. Location - right at the heart of city center Zurich and a 5 min walk to the main train station Zurich HB. It’s close to the Old Town Zurich as well as to Bahnhofstrasse for shopping and lots of great restaurants and cafe shops 2. Appeal - this boutique hotel is very modernized. Check in was smooth and there is a security door in every floor which provides added security. 3. Rooms - the room is decently sized per EU standards. Love that their window shades are all electronic. Love the shower in the room!! 4. Bar/resto - this was our fave spot in the hotel. It retro fitted like a music themed bar and nice place to unwind with a drink and snacks after a long day. 5. Service - everyone was really nice! They greet you with a smile and love the hospitality of the staff!! "

"Air conditioning was excellent during a heat wave. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Renovations won’t be done until 2026 though, so there is a limited menu and inconsistent meal opportunities inside the hotel. We did hear some construction noise (drilling) during the morning. Staff was friendly. "
