"I was skeptical at first, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for our overnight stay. Free airport shuttle, surprisingly good breakfast, and a clean, comfy (though small) room. I had a late-night Caesar salad from the restaurant that was delicious. The location is great too just a 15-minute walk to the Jumbo mall. Best of all, when I forgot my phone at the lobby, the staff made sure it reached me at the airport right away. Excellent service!"
"The workers all go out of their ways to assist the hotel's guests; in the restaurant, attendants check in guests, support during the stay, cleaning rooms, halls, stairs. The respect the employees gave at all times was outstanding. Extra help was offered time snd again. Thank you."
"The big problem was I did not get the access key code to enter the building and my room. It was not clear if Hotels.com or Forenom Hostel was responsible to send me the key. I had to call to get a key, and it eventually came from Hotels.com.
