The room was a little outdated but clean, and all the staff is amazing. Front desk employees are very friendly. Unfortunately there were people shouting almost all night long, and you can hear everything from the other rooms and hallway (walls mustn't be very thick).

I enjoyed my stay .The room was clean however had a used bar of soap in shower and there were other guest that were very noisy. Front desk staff very nice close to base and a lot of food options nearby . Would stay again

Terrible condition inside, deceptive exterior and poor service. The hotel looked much better from the outside. However, the inside was in a poor condition. The lobby and dining area were clean and well-maintained, which made the state of the room even more shocking. The room we stayed in was in a deplorable state. The walls had cracks, the floor was old and damaged. Some of the towels, although washed, still had unremovable stains, and the bedding also had large, persistent stains. The smell in the room was acceptable, though. The microwave oven was dirty and rusty, and the plate rotator was not working. We reported this to the staff. They told us they would replace it. However, when we returned to the room, we found a note stating that: "This microwave is still functional; only the plate rotator is broken, but this is normal." This response shows a complete disregard for cleanliness and customer service. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Staff was great! Very nice, had a long drive from San Antonio and was nice to be greeted with a smile! Some remodeling would be good for this place! The room was clean and looked as though they did some remodeling, but they could definitely use an upgrade there. Its an old place!
