"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"Perfect location for exploring the old town Gjirokaster. It is right in the centre. The Old town is at the top of a very steep hill, the room location mwant that you could walk into the old town Bazaar from the room without having to walk up hills. Newly renovated room was very comfortable and warm, and very tastefully done. The room looks like the photo and had a coffee machine and fridge. Fast wifi and a internet tv.
