"My family had a fantastic stay at the house in Nottingham! The property was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished—everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. "We were really happy with our stay. The accommodation was very spacious - perfect for our family. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!"

"After booking, the property emailed me a suspicious link asking for an additional damage waiver fee to be paid online. Alternatively, they offer a refundable deposit... plus a non-refundable admin fee. Hotels.com explicitly tell you not to pay any additional money via online forms as it is a very common scam. The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form. This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place...

"The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside. the lady who staffed the breakfast serving was so patient and smiley giving terrific customer service. THANK YOU so much! "

"We booked the hotel when air traffic control issues led to our flight from a different airport being cancelled. The property was clean, comfortable and very close to East Midlands Airport. We had a very early flight so the location was key. "

Best Breakfast and Service

"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared the plates quickly and refreshed all the food in good time. Probably the best service I've seen at breakfast. Only other small gripe was the child's pool times, extremely restricted, so please check this if your going with children and have a busy schedule. We would certainly return to the hotel."
