For such a high-end property, there were a few things we weren't happy about. No real restaurant. No kleenex in the bathroom. No room service. We didn't get a coupon that others got for breakfast.

The location and view from the room were amazing. We also visited the spa and got treatments while we were there, and those were also phenomental. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.
