"The room was beautiful in terms of showcase design but lacked niceties such as body lotion, biscuits for tea and no mirror other than the bathroom one to do make up check clothing etc The doors (in a shared hallway were very noisy - impossible to close quietly. The pool was full of kids playing ball so abandoned that idea The on site restaurant was ok The whole experience was NOT 5 star."

"Hotel Indigo Bath was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a lot of charm and character, and the location is excellent for exploring the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, restaurants, and shops. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the mix of historic character and modern comfort. It was a great choice for our stay in Bath, and we would definitely recommend it."
