"I am a construction superintendent. This my go to place when I come to Nashville. Clean rooms, Clean and well maintained common areas. Convenient to down town, less than 5 minutes to Broadway at 6:00 am. Nice staff. Good Breakfast. If you could start at 5:00am for us construction folks it would be great. With the summer heat we start early. If you like home cooking, try Windle Smiths about 1-1/2 miles away. A little run down but awesome fresh made food."

"The front desk staff was great and so friendly? The free shuttle was also very nice and convenient. We took it downtown to Broadway street and back to the hotel once we finished looking around. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as a 7eleven gas station for quick snacks ect. Breakfast was decent and well stocked! Would highly recommend"

"The A/C in the room was inadequate. We turned it down to the lowest setting and the temperature never got below 71 degrees. Staff was helpful, property clean and pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was OK. Bar/restaurant is good but on the expensive side. Parking should be complimentary. A $45 per night charge, which is not mentioned until you arrive, is an insult."
