"The staff were very pleasant and paid attention to detail. I felt welcome and cared for. Fabian was a pleasure at the front desk. Breakfast was nice and was good to have a meal available in the morning. The only downside was that my bed in my room was falling apart. The slats kept falling off the bed, and there was a light at night that could not be turned off so I didn’t get the best of sleep. And I think there could be a better way to confirm guests for breakfast without making guests feel...
