Awesome location. The young lady who assisted me with check-in was wonderful and very welcoming. Hotel Laurena is a very convenient location, grocery store down the block, restaurants and bar, beach down the block as you cross the street. Carriauco is a beautiful island.

The hotel is in a central area. Food, beach, grocery store, Laurena restaurant (best rum punch) Food truck, nail shop. Everything is less than 5mins to walk.

We loved the property, and it perfectly suited our needs. The staff was extremely friendly, and Anique went out of her way to make us feel welcome and special. Please consider larger bath towels as the standard and spray for ants

Mosquitos. Shirt walk to beach where there are places to eat. Everything you need on main road. I believe you can order food and it’s brought to the hotel. I think.

The place was very spacious, roomy. It had a lot of closet space. The bathroom and shower was big. I loved to cook in the kitchen. Gas stove top. Pots and pans provided. The market was close by, walking distance. The water was walking distance as well. It was quiet.

The staff are very friendly and respectful, the services is excellent. As for the property, the shower did not work properly, there was no cold water in the shower, the water was scorching hot. Too much light coming in to the rooms at night because the drapes are hanging too low under the arch window. This can be remedied with new drapes to hang above the arch window

Horrible hotel, we will never recommend it, even the locals from Carriacou say it is bad nad they the owner is a horrible person. Rooms are disgusting and the service was horrendous... We even checked out two nights early. We have donated you about this but haven't revived a reply. We are very disappointed with hotels.com

Due to delayed flight and ferry service we arrived for checkin super late and could not find any office or staff for some time. Eventually someone came did a very rushed welcome and explanation of rules. Not even a complementary bottle of water. We were quoted one price and charged a higher rate because we did not book directly with the hotel. The room is very cozy and well kept with a really big bathroom. There is no telephone in the room and you must use your personal phone to reach staff. There was no explanation that there is no housekeeping on the weekend. Basically just a place to sleep and keep it moving.

I was very disappointed I paid for a deluxe room with AC, WiFi . AC not cooling there was no WiFi in my room. No hot water. Spoke to the young lady about it. No one came check.Check my receipt on checkout it’s the wrong first name after I gave my ID on checking. I paid around$600 and receipt says $400 Also requested transport to the osprey waited until 5:40am no one showed. Thankfully busses was walking distance caught one paid them $20 to rush me to catch the boat that leaves at 6am. Hope they do better.

Great location & staff

Lovely big room with 2 double beds, tv & refrigerator with complimentary water, large bathroom with shampoo, soap & body lotion, all very clean. Room not serviced for the week we were there but we didn’t mind. Staff checked in with us from time to time to ask if we needed anything. Lots of mosquitoes but that’s not the managements fault. Location in Hillsboro is excellent for all amenities & the bus station to explore the rest of the island from.
