"We were greeted by a friendly staff member. Our room was clean and fresh. We took advantage of the continental breakfast."

"All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate."

"The room was clean and basic which was fine and easy to check. The free breakfast was good enough and easily accessed. One inconsistency was the unexpected charge increase for our dog as Expedia’s website and the hotel’s charge was different. Staff responded with that it was not their concern as this was booked through Expedia. Still, the hotel was fine."

"This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room. "Beds were comfy! However: upon entering the room, toilet was not clean (seriously noticeable)..shower had an actual "booger" on the wall at eye level or something that resembled a lizard turd?? Yuck! Lamp shades all of them must have been there during the depression with the amount of filth and very visible staining on all edges.. yuck yuck!! "After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss. "I had a nice stay."

"Pictures are very deceiving. Room was okay with a jet tub in it. Actually quite a large room. But toilet barely flushed, couldn’t get my outdated shower door to close all the way, no refrigerator which while traveling we like for cold drinks, multiple stains on the rug, and when checking out the tub had a cockroach crawl out of the faucet. One plus - the large vanity mirror was updated and very nice and bright. With all the negatives we decided to skip the very small continental breakfast."

"My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet."
