"I will definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh. The room and bathroom were very spacious, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Room temp remained comfortable the entire time. The breakfast options were great and freshly made. Even biscuits and gravy, real eggs and a pot of oatmeal were offered along with the usual waffles, toast, yogurt, oranges, apoles, juice, coffee, soda and cereal. Coffee was really good as well. "We were very thankful for all the help that Kirsten at the front desk provided for us. We made a mistake by booking a queen bedroom. She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee.
