"Old style motel on Durango’s main road with southwest decor. I slept in the little “cozy” room filled with a queen size bed which was perfect for my one night stay. Little fridge and electric kettle for tea or pour-over coffee in the room. The office staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean. "We went to the Diamond Belle and had so much fun! My husband ran into a high school friend, they played violin together and hadn’t seen each other in 45 years! The fit was great, the staff was awesome, and the entertainment was the best!"

"The rooms for the price were good. It was a small room and bathroom but that should be expected in older hotels. The shower curtain was a little short and was flooding water into the floor. Bit made management aware. Said they would fix it"

It was so nice to be able to park at the hotel early in the day so we could visit the town and ride the train even though we weren't checking in until later that evening. "We stayed in a 2 queen bedroom in June 2026. The room was very old fashioned looking with old furniture. The mattresses were like cement. The room had bugs crawling around in the bathroom area and in the tub. We spent a lot of time killing bugs. The microwave was hiding inside a cupboard on a shelf about one inch above the ground.
