"SHUTTLE - staff was very helpful even though I didn’t have cell service and was relying on wi-fi. and the drivers are fantastic. Especially the gentleman who helped me around 7:30am on Thursday, April 30th. Wish I could remember his name!!"

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel itself feels very outdated, and unfortunately, we had a major issue with our room. Our bathroom flooded twice during our visit, and the source of the problem was never identified. We did eventually figure it out when it flooded the second time. It was the sink and I’ll include the video.
While the cleaning crew was kind and did their best to help, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite the repeated flooding and uncertainty...
