"The hotel is under new management and they have their work cut out for them. My room was by the broken elevator, which meant us two little old ladies (66 and 82) had to walk all the way around the building to get to an elevator to go down to the ground floor. We called housekeeping for items that we needed in our room and most of our requests got ignored.
