"It's a well-located about 10 minutes walk from Galle Fort and less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air-con and a fridge. The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful. The pool is also nice. The only downside is that the wi-fi was strong some of the time, but very patchy and slow at other times. Apart from this issue, it's a great place to stay."

"We loved Dream Villa! It is a beautiful building right in the middle of Galle- you cannot ask for a better location! The room was great, big comfy bed and good a/c. "We had a calm and pleasant stay at Amara Villa. The rooms and the whole Villa are very clean and good furnitured. Also the stuff is very friendly and they a happy to help you with any questions. Beach is only five minutes walking distance away. You can also easily take the bus from the main street e.g.to Galle."

"For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing.
