"Property is new and fresh but there are a few things to look out for, The aircons in the rooms battle and are somewhat on the noisy side. The most frustrating is the shuttle service to the airport. Never on time and its the third time!!!"

"We notified the hotel we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary but we were put in an appointment with views of building sites and it was very noisy on the weekends from night clubs late into the night! The hotel apologised for this and provided ear buds to block out the nouse!!! The other side of the hotel had great city views and a lot less noise. Ir was a shame ss the actual facilities in the apartment we’re great Staff especially the second st the gate and entrance to the hotel were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very accommodating too. Would stay again but request a better less noisy view. VIP status not a knowledged at all as hotels.com would expect"

"Located at a quiet neighborhood near two malls, Sarit Center and Westgate. Everyone working there, that we met, was incredibly warm. I loved the breakfast and the kindness of Peninah Wanjiru. She made sure our stay was superb! Thanks"

"I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn first off. They had a very great variety for breakfast and really tasty as well and the staff very very helpful especially John at the front desk. He was so helpful to us even when we had issues trying to make him piss up payments, you know he was very willing, giving us suggestions on what to do to make things easier for us towels were very clean. They were very white bedsheets felt really soft and nice. Yeah the mattress as well, really comfortable the entire ambience of everywhere very very clean and then it helped that it was located near the mall, but you could just practically walk out of your hotel and crossover and you are the mall already so it was really great. It was a great day. I enjoyed the completely transportation from there was very easy as well and yeah, it’s somewhere. I’ll consider staying again while I’m in Kenya."
