We really enjoyed our stay at Misty Meadows B&B with such friendly, engaging hosts. Cathy's breakfasts were so creative, tasty, bountiful and a feast for the eyes as well as our stomachs! The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious bedrooms with balconies, lovely landscape of trees. We also thoroughly enjoyed their lovely pets, Kenzie the lab, Jule and Gem, their cats and Noah the adorable donkey! We highly recommend staying at their lovely home.

We had a fabulous stay here. It was very homely and the hosts Cathy and Erroll were very warm and friendly. The rooms were very clean with a beautiful garden view. An AC had been installed specially for us, because of the unusual heat. The icing on the cake was the amazing breakfast! I would definitely return here in the future!!

Twas a very peaceful/quiet place.the breakfasts are homemade,abundant and delicious.If you love nature,this is the best place!!Cathy and hubby are so hospitable,they make you feel at home and comfortable.The 2 dogs are soo friendly and the 2 cats are soo welcoming:)

The host and his wife is very friendly. He showed us around his farm. My kids had a wonderful time feeding the little donkey. The brrakfast his wife made was delicious. I would say if you don't like animals or pets, or have allergies, they do have the most friendly pets. They love to be petted.

The property is little far away from city. But we like to be in places like these as there is lot of silence. The host is very good. Cathy makes the stay comfortable and she makes yummy breakfast. We loved the dutch pancakes and coffee with fruits 😋. The covid safety was in place. Would highly recommend this property

Gorgeous location and not as far out of town as you might think! Cathy and Errol are warm and personable hosts and the accommodations are first rate. We enjoyed our excellent breakfasts which were adjusted for a food intolerance with no fuss and appreciated our chats with Errol while we ate. Special shout out to the critter welcome committee who allowed lots of petting. Regarding location, GPS had no problem getting us there, but we would recommend “county” driving speed as both deer and cyclists share the twisty upper-downy roads!

The quiet and remoteness of this property is both a plus and negative. We loved being in a very country setting, but it was far to town, shopping and restaurants.

Location is very close to places we want to visit. There are a lot of hiking trails in the area and lake near by, castle, garden, lagoon and the beach as well as restaurant. We spent a Girls Weekend with my daughters at Misty Meadows this last weekend and it was wonderful. The large guest suite is cozy, comfy, and private. Our host Cathy and Errol were so nice and welcoming. Cathy is an amazing cook and our breakfasts were extra special. Thank you for the great stay!

This BnB is north of the hustle and bustle of Victoria, and we enjoyed driving the scenic winding country road that led to their home. The suite of 2 rooms + bathroom is inside the hosts’ home, with additional access to a living room downstairs as well as the dining room where the huge, delicious breakfasts are served. The room was very peaceful, decorated in the same homey style as the rest of the house, and two very friendly Labrador dogs are onsite to spread cheer and smiles.

I’ve stayed at other bed and breakfasts before but this was a first for my parents who I treated for their anniversary. Cathy was a wonderful host! She made us feel right at home and spoiled us with a fantastic breakfast each morning. The grounds are lovely and very, very peaceful. Recommend this stay to everyone!

Lovely b and b property. The house is located in countryside surrounding Victoria away from hassle and bustle of city. However it only takes around 30 to 40 mins to reach centre of city.

Anniversary getaway
We had the most amazing stay. Our mornings started with a delicious breakfast and later greeted by two loving dogs. The place was as peaceful as could be which made our nights very comfortable. We enjoyed this place and highly recommend it to anyone.

The owner is super friendly and the 2 cute dogs made us feel so welcomed! The room is comfy and quiet. It's a nice place away from city and very convenient, only short driving to the shopping area and hiking trails. The breakfast is amazing! Relax and enjoy the wonderful food really make my day. We really enjoy our stay and for sure will come back again!

Lovely flower gardens outside our bedroom.
This home is lovely the bedroom looke over the meadow many basket of flowers and goats,. I loved the country atmosphere.trees all aroun. Fabulous breakfast homemade Dutch pancakes fresh fruit.wonderf couple.. I will stay there anytime.

Beautiful location
Very tranquil. Beautiful home in a unique location. Loved the 2 dogs, lambs, horse and donkey. Erroll gave us a great tour of the farm to meet the creatures, and Cathy made a superb breakfast including a Dutch pancake, which was like a Yorkshire Pudding. My son and I enjoyed our stay immensely.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being in the country. It was fun seeing your farm animals and seven deer near your home. The breakfast was outstanding -- very healthy and well prepared and served.

The owners (and their animals) were very friendly. My 2.5 year old loved playing with the dogs and feeding the horse and donkey. The breakfast was wonderful. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Would have loved to stay longer.

Best B&B
Our first B&B experience as a family of 4 and it was great. My 2 boys (2 and 8 years) enjoyed playing with the dogs, petting the horse and the donkey. The Landlords are the nicest people we met in Canada and we had the best breakfast in the morning and loved the coffee! We will definitely stay there again!

A stay in the country very close to the city.
What a wonderful location to stay in during our visit to Victoria. We spent eleven nights at Misty Meadows and loved it. The hosts Kathy and Errol were very welcoming and Kathy made us wonderful breakfasts, if anything they were too large- that isn't a complaint- it's a compliment! Hearing the sheep baa occasionally is just perfect. This B&B is perfect, a twenty minute drive puts you in downtown Victoria.

A very good small B&B close to Victoria
This was a very friendly and comfortable bed and breakfast. The host made us very welcome even though we checked in a bit late. She cooked us an excellent breakfast and provided great instructions of how to get to the ferry without clashing with the holiday parade.

Misty Meadows Bed & Breakfast was even better than I had expected!! My older daughter & I went there for 2 nights last week, for her Spring Break, & to explore Victoria. The Hosts, Erroll & Cathy are SO gracious, kind, sweet & accomodating! Cathy prepared an amazing breakfast each morning (at the time that you request it!) and it is a beautiful setting, with gorgeous china, and place settings! We thought we were eating at The Empress Hotel! She even made a special trip to the store, early in the morning, to accommodate my daughter's lactose intolerance - Thank-You Cathy for all your extra efforts! The room has 2 comfortable beds, a very large bathroom, with lots of fluffy towels, and extra mirrors & places for 2 "girls" to get ready at the same time. There is a large closet, & lots of drawer space, if you need it. The TV wasn't working, but Erroll gave us DVD's, & we didn't miss it at all. The wifi there is great. This is the host's personal home, but they certainly respect your privacy, and give you your space! They live on a different floor. I can't say enough about their property - it's a working sheep farm, with 2 beautiful dogs (outside), and a horse, donkey, & llamas nearby. So, you feel like you're really out in the country, but you are only 20 mins from downtown Victoria. Thanks to Erroll for the tour of the sheep area, & all the great information about the animals! It is extremely quiet - great for sleeping! The sounds of the tree frogs nearby will lull you to sleep
