"Becky at the front counter was extremely kind in evrry interaction. Parking lot well lit with cameras. Hotel is okay itself, nothing fancy. Room was relatively quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Hubby said the shower had good pressure and was hot. "Hotel facilities were great with an easy check-in! Staff were pleasant and very helpful! The unit was updated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The motel had just been recently painted along with a fresh paved parking lot. The motel is conveniently located close to town as well as 5-10mins from the Black Ball Ferry line (which was the reasoning for our stay). I would recommend staying at the Aircrest Motel! "

"Someone really cares about this place and it shows in the little details. Flowers EVERYWHERE made for such a pleasant entry. Ample selection of food at breakfast and free snacks made the little one squeal with delight. This older, but well maintained and staffed location is a diamond in the rough. Will defiantly stay here again of I'm in the area."
