"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Perfect location for town whilst also being quiet. Lots of parking options near by. Very clean. Nice touch with biscuits, cereal bars etc being left for us. Would definitely stay there again."
