"We booked a little late for a soccer tournament wekend and missed out on the commercial hotels with our membership points and fortunately found this gem. Convenient location when going to multiple parks. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean all around and remained so for the entire stay. In 3 years of travel soccer, this was literally the first location to accommodate our request for extra pillows prior to our arrival. They also gave us an extra hour for checkout when we learned we would be in the finals, which is often denied. Small requests like this are often overlooked by the large commercial chains but are huge conveniences to travel sports families who have a busy weekend and need these small requests for rest and convenience. For future tournaments to Greensboro, we'll definitely return here in place of the usual large chains."

"Staff was AMAZING! We went for a taekwondo tournament and after driving 8 hours the staff was able to get us checked in early. later one of my kids dropped 2 of his medals down the elevator shaft. The staff fished them out for him so he wouldn't have to go home empty handed after all his hard work. They saw them in their uniforms and congratulated them and we're just the most friendly people. The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was delicious, and according to the kids the wifi was super fast. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"It was an experience to say the least. I had to cross through the laundry room to access my room, and the floor was practically flooded. The room I stayed in was non smoking, however, as soon as you open the door you are hit with an immediate wave of cigarette odor to the point it gave me a headache. Everything was stained from the furniture, walls, carpet, and even the ceiling. I genuinely felt unclean staying in the room to the point I slept with my outside clothes on and a jacket so that my bare skins did not touch the sheets… On top of that, there is about an inch gap from the ground to the bottom of the door, anything could have made their way into the room. I would not recommend this inn, even in desperate need of a place to sleep like I was. With all that said, the staff was very nice! "
