"Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans. Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance. Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite."

"The rooms were nice.There were full kitchens. The only issue I had was, it had a really strong smell in the hotel. It was either air freshener or some type of neutralizer, but it was too strong.It started giving me a headache, and I had to switch from the second floor to the first floor which was a little bit better. Upon checkout, when I spoke with the manager, he had said they use a neutralizer.Because of when people cook strong smelling foods, it lingers, which makes sense. Otherwise, a lot of the shopping and food places are real.Close by and easy to get to.So it was a really good location."

"Room was nice and clean. Upon initial check-in, discovered the room was not what we reserved and front desk moved us into another room. Nice that the lobby has free iced lemon water, but wished there could be tea bags and hot water / coffee as well for hotel guests. Wandered why the hotel has a restaurant on site but no free breakfast for guests. Overall nice and clean and satisfied with our stay."
