Room good size but needed but of maintenance. Marks on walls, wallpaper coming off. A bit dated but comfortable bed. Bath had 2 long hairs in it but otherwise clean. Plenty of parking, the site and environment is beautiful and quiet. Not many staff but they are helpful and responsive to sms /email. Facilities of leisure centre is adequate.
