The onsen was great, albeit small but at least is provided. The room was clean and they had a charging cable with multiple styles of USBs for your charging needs. Despite the language difference, talking to the staff was great and very helpful providing information of around the area.

The rooms were wonderful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very polite and pays attention to every little detail. And the shuttle service makes the hotel very accessible.
