Amazing stay in Santa Catalina

We had an amazing stay. It was low season, so the hotel was not that crowded. The service of the staff was beyond my expectations. We included the breakfasts on our reservation and all options I had for the three days were awesome. Best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. The room was comfy, I knew we were just coming back to sleep as we had many day trips booked. I fully recomend staying here, the cabanas were so beautiful.

We stayed there in couple for three nights and found it is a great choice, personnel is really nice and helpful, the hotel conditions are excellent, and food at the restaurant is really good, excellent also. Views, swimming pool and location… the best . Definitely worth it.

Definitely, one of the best choices to stay in Santa Catalina. Great hotel with great staff. A very good value for money. The only thing that should be improved is the access to the property, since it is in a very bad shape.

No Prison Island

Beautiful facility & very nice staff. Call me by my name the entire 3 days we were there. There was a mishap on our Coiba Prison Tour by the service depart at Bambuda which kind of ruined everything.

This was a very quaint hotel located in a beautiful area. The view of the ocean was stunning and the decor was really nice. The pool was perfect with lots of areas to sit and chill. The pool deck had nice loungers but the only thing missing was umbrellas for shade. Hopefully some will be added since this hotel only recently opened. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and of high quality. This is our second stay at a Bambuda property in Panama and would stay again at either one. This was a really nice property.

Beautiful hotel but not very welcoming

Beautiful hotel but staff can be more welcoming. The female staff was incredibly friendly and warm, while the male staff was much less friendly. The male waiter mentioned happy hour but didnt bother to explain that this only included sodas and 1 cocktail which made it feel like a scam. We left the key to have our room cleaned but this wasnt done upon return. We had higher expectations for a rather expensive stay.

I would not recommend this hotel over others in the area. We felt they were overcharging for many amenities over what other hotels charge. And the food was substandard with small proportions. On top of all that the beach fronting the hotel was rocky and unsightly. If you must come to Santa Catalina then another cheaper alternative is the better choice

Clean room, a/c cold, nice grounds. Oceanfront but with no beach. Restaurant was fair, they did this “Family Night” every night which meant no ordering from the menu, (making it sound like it was a social event which it most certainly was not ). Staff very friendly but the guests were all ignorant and crabby… get a life you young folks and try smiling!
