The shuttle area at the airport is unmanaged and serves many different hotels, so one can wait quite a while for the right shuttle to appear. "

Airport shuttles were large, very efficient and regularly scheduled, though pickup time at airport could be affected by traffic and busload. 3 person room worked out well for us. Would stay here again for the same purpose of airport departure."

"Great location in central Amsterdam, near everything. Hotel was well preserved, my only criticism is that a few USB chargers would go a long way in the rooms: there were none. Breakfast was very good and staff were conscientious and helpful. I will use this hotel again."
