Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. When i explained that we're trying to get in for the last 45min and i have a meeting in 5min I would like to log in into and need a wifi password (the password wasn't given to us...

"Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. "

"We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. The town with its tree lined foot ways was a peaceful dream Parking was private and secure.. Thank you for our stay"

"The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am. The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am...

"Sauberes Zimmer, toll und sehr modern ausgestattet. Eine genaue Beschilderung der Häuser wäre wünschenswert um sein Appartement eindeutig zu finden. Kommunikation gegeben aber nicht willkommen-heißend."

"The Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The only problem is the breakfast in the morning. Tables will not be cleaned when guests are finished and difficult to find someone from the staff when you have a question or to need something. The breakfast basic. The food in the restaurant was ok. "
