"Needed a place to stay after a late flight into Tirana airport, and this fit the bill perfectly. Can see it from the airport exit, late check-in available and the room was spotless. We arrived late for breakfast the following morning as they were closing up, but what was available was enough to fuel us for a drive to the coast."

"I enjoyed the breakfast especially the orange juice. The staff were friendly and available to help. We checked in 4am and staff was available to attend to us. Daily cleaned room. Also, the free mini bar in our room is much appreciated. Over all, i give the hotel 10/10. Also, I enjoyed snapping in the garden and the kids love the play area as well. "

"The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. "Nerium Garden Inn is a perfect place to stay for the end of our wonderful trip. The entire building including the rooms were very clean and modern sleek. The staff was really so helpful with everything - even getting us to the airport at 4:00 in the morning for our early flight. "Like many others have written, this is not a relaxing place. Their main business is to organize parties, which is at the expense of hotel guests who want a good night's sleep. Unfortunately. The environment is beautiful, but that's all. Extremely poor service even by Albanian standards. Small problems with the room that they try to avoid fixing. "Room was amazing. Balcony off of the bedroom and living room. Very spacious, huge comfortable bed. Mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.Breakfast was great and the staff were very professional and friendly. Two minute walk to the beach and a Supermarket right next door. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared.
