"This was an ideal location for myself as I wanted somewhere quiet to stay and not be bothered by the noise of the City at night. The staff was friendly and spoke English (my German is poor). Has great transport links with a bus and a tram stop outside the building. As well as a Local shop with tin the building complex, for all you Groceries. "Very new, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful."
