"The staff were so friendly and helpful both in reception, spa and dining room. The room was clean with excellent updated bathroom facilities, the spa bath was divine ...though it was a dated bedroom. Beds and pillows a bit lumpy and hard but we were so relaxed after the spa we slept well. Unfortunately the spa and hydro pool were not as warm as usual due to a problem we had been informed about but still relaxing if loud when turned on. Despite odd problems I would still highly recommend and hope to return soon."
