"The reason I chose the hotel is the 24 hour Dulles shuttle. I called in advance and was told just to dial the number when we arrive. We arrived in Dulles at nearly 10pm, called after collecting our luggage.
We had issues with the shuttle not showing upon arrival at Dulles and the next morning when we had to catch another flight.
While the phone response time was quick and directions on where to go upon arrival were clear, it seems no one had any control over the driver who wouldn't show up in...

"The room was clean but could use some remodeling. My room didn’t have a microwave (I guess you have to request a room with one), but I could use the breakfast area microwave. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. One front desk employee was particularly helpful and friendly. Overall my stay went well."

"It was proximate distance to the Holy Cross Hospital, where we had to arrive by 5:45am. Much easier than driving that morning from DC, leaving home by 4am. Convenience factor a huge plus. Just wish the breakfast access had been open a little earlier as by 6 am we had to be at the hospital. But I did at least get a cup of coffee."

"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"When I first arrive I had checked in early. They was very helpful and let me do it free of charge. Took a shower and took a nap. Woke up used the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. I let front desk know and they moved me to the room across the hall. Wonderful!!! I was there for 5 days. 4th day I took a shower and walked back in the bed area. Seen a black bug on my pillow. I instantly got pissed. Bed bug was on the pillow. Should’ve took a picture but I washed it off the pillow into the sink....
