"House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

"Extremely clean rooms, excellent service from all staff, from the front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. The front desk staff especially Leynor, offered so much assistance from my early check in to any question or guidance I needed. The restaurant staff were very friendly, especially Fernando. I especially loved the mini freebies like dessert or appetizer. Very cozy ambience, less crowd and traffic in lobby, bar and restaurant areas compared to larger hotels. The warmth of the hotel staff combined with the light aura of the cozy corners suited me perfectly. Will definitely return!"

"The staff is always very helpful, cheery and accomodating. Checkin is always a breeze, the shuttle for the Gastronomic Route is efficient and reliable to take us to quality food options (rePUBlic is a favourite) and the breakfast is healthy, plentiful and well cared for by the staff (Minor was a kind and caring manager of the food and gave us nice insights into the various fruits available). Bravo team Alajuela HI."
