"The room was very dated and smelled of old smoke.. There was nicotine stains on the ceilimg coming through the paint.. The nathroom obviously wasnt cleaned after the last guest the sink had dried soap scum on it along with the tub and shower. The mirror had tooth brush splatter all over the bottom. I had to use some vim disinfected wipes to cleans all theae areas before i would feel good to use them. We were too tired after driving 9 hrs to leave the comfort inn or i would have done this and looked for another place to stay the night. The rugs were old and dirty need to be cleaned or pulled up.. It was hard to open the sliding door because there was too much dirt and debris stuck in the track to allow thw door to move freely. I have stayed in many comfort inn hotels on my travels and this one was a disgrace. Pictures of course looked better on Expedia... The morning breakfast had very little amts if food to pick from no juice e or fresh fruit etc.. Small area to sit so we left for a breakfast at a neaeby restaurant... Morgan the evening clerk was nice enough to give us clean towels when ours were stained or likely used. When i checked out the staff did not ask how our stay was or show any comcern.. We will no longer stay in comfort inns after this stay"

"I have to keep this in perspective. We knew, going in, that this was a low-end property, and the price reflects that at around $70/night. We just needed a 1 night place for the night before heading out very early in the am. Anyone unwilling to endure a sub-par room for the cheap price should avoid it. Pros: Price New carpet tiles on the floor Good WiFi. No insects/bugs Bed sheets felt clean, though very old and worn. Good fridge. Cons: TV is very old and took 30 minutes to get working, but only with TV side buttons as remote didn't work. Mirrors and windows haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Toilet needed some fiddling in the tank to get it to flush. No toiletries at all, including face cloths. Only toilet paper. Table and various surfaces felt grimy, like they haven't been properly cleaned in quite a while. Mattress was absolutely awful. Probably 10 years overdue for replacement. Saggy, lumpy, springs felt through. Coffee maker and supplies grimey. I refused to use. Bathroom cleaning was very minimal. Summary: Only consider this place if price is important enough to overlook the many failures. I get the sense that the owners may be pretty new. It may be that their intent is to improve the situation... I don't know. Hope so. It's a very old property so don't expect modern rooms. The age could be mitigated with some new equipment and certainly a better cleaning regimen."
