Very convenient location. The stairs leading up to the apartment are really steep. Don’t recommend for older people or ones with large luggage. Beds were comfortable and very clean.

Absolute nightmare and a safety hazard for families. We arrived at 10:15 PM with our two young daughters only to find the lockbox empty. No key was provided. When we called, we were told to wait 25–60 minutes on a dark, deserted street near midnight for a "locksmith." As a parent, leaving my children on a sidewalk in the middle of the night is not an option. The property manager showed zero empathy and offered no apology. This is a fundamental breach of contract—they failed to provide the accommodation we paid for. They are now refusing a refund, claiming we "chose" to leave. We didn't choose to leave; we were forced to find safety. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your family’s safety.

O apartamento é excelente! Ficamos apenas uma noite mas seria ótimo ficar mais. Muito bom! Há uma certa dificuldade para estacionar, mas isso é generalizado em Creta. Recomendo!
