"Family suite very spacious with high ceiling, out 2 yo old loved it. Very toddler friendly , nice toddler splash area and toddler slides. Loved story time, dance party and bubble time. "

"It was pajama day with the staff. They ye look was very unprofessional with bonnets and all. When we got to our room the beds were not made. We were given another room on another floor. When we went cut the new room 4 staff people were talking and laughing loudly. There was a strong fishy smell which one of the staff members said, it was her fault she was eating crabs in one of the rooms. When I asked if it was always loud there (a hint to them to quiet down) they said only in the weekend when...

"Would have enjoyed another hot item on the breakfast. Waffle machine or Biscuts & gravey? They had a quiche one day which I unfortunately missed. Pool was cloudy & no bubbles in the hot tub which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We do not mind reusing our towels, but with several people using the room, we needed more places to hang the towels to dry."

"This was the most disgusting, dirty, smoky, hotel experience. I cannot believe we spent $120 on a room. The hotel was smoky everywhere, the soap was used, toilets gross, hairdryer caught on fire, the locks didn’t work, and more. We got there late at night so couldn’t change hotels but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. We skipped the free breakfast, it was just a dirty horrible spot.
