"Non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette. Bed sheets were burnt. I had two night reservation and only could stay one night. They have signs of no smoking everywhere but the whole place had cigarette smell. "

"I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay....

"The good thing was the renovated 'premier' room I was in which was nice although already showing signs of wear and tare, cigarette burn hole on black bed comforter, marks on walls, etc. The area is quite rough, not very safe. The card keys didn't work, had to keep going to get them refreshed and then replaced. Got no daily housekeeping, asked on the 2nd day for towels at reception, they never came, asked again the following day, nothing came, after 3rd time of asking finally got some!! Had to...

"The parking sucked. Couldn't get parking on most nights. We were forced to park at the racetrack next door but heres the kicker... I suffer from moderate spinal stenosis and i cant even walk or sit up until an hour after ive taken my pain meds. Im a very clean person and anytime we've ever stayed at a hotel, bc of my compromised immune system, i spray everything down with disinfectant spray, wipe every surface, clean the tub, sweep and mop the floors and change the bed linens from theirs to...
